Who is EasyRedir?
We’re a company that specializes in URL redirection that helps any organization ensure their audience can access their valuable online content and services.
What’s URL redirection?
It’s when you make one web address (i.e. URL) forward to another web address. It’s a part of your web hosting infrastructure, and frequently used by marketing and IT teams to make sure your website visitors get forwarded to the right place. We wrote a blog article about this that goes into more detail.
Why are you charging us?
This is a recurring charge for EasyRedir (the product we provide). You, or someone within your organization is using EasyRedir to redirect domains that you/your organization owns and operates.
Still don’t recognize this?
If the product names above don’t ring a bell, you may want to ask around the office. We’ve found that most of the time the confusion happens because someone else at a company signed up for EasyRedir. Try checking with your marketing or IT teams.
Can we get a receipt for the charges?
Every time we charge your card we send a PDF invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when you/they signed up. To download a copy, login to your EasyRedir account, click the Settings dropdown in the left side navigation, then select Subscription & payments. You’ll see a list of all invoices we’ve ever sent you.
If you are an Enterprise customer and pay via PO/invoice, please contact us for copies of your invoices.
How can I cancel my account?
Log into EasyRedir, click the Settings dropdown in the left side navigation, click Profile, and then scroll to the bottom and press Delete Organization. We will immediately delete your redirects, team members, analytics data, and cancel your subscription so you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.
Can we get a refund?
Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again. We don’t have contracts or cancellation fees – just pay as you go and cancel when you want. If you feel this charge is fraudulent, or want to argue some reason why you should be refunded, we’re open to having a conversation about it. Get in touch.
